Simon has been challenged by a friend to do 100 push ups a day for 100 days. With his passion for helping people, he decided to use this as an opportunity to raise some money for charity.
But he isn't just doing 100 push ups for 100 days. On day 100, Simon will be doing 1000 push ups.
Starting Monday 19th July, all of this will be done to try and raise at least £1000 pounds to be split between two incredible charities: Mind - Who help those struggling with mental health issues and The Veteran's Charity - Who aim to provide essential items to veteran's who have fallen on hard times.
