We all like to enjoy something sweet every now and then, and gummy treats are certainly a big hit with kids and grown ups. But what if you want something a bit healthier? Well we have you covered with these brilliant apple cider vinegar gummies. They only take about half an hour to make (plus time in the freezer and fridge) and are packed full of goodness and flavour!
Serves: 5 (number of gummies depends on mould sizes
Cook time: 30mins
300ml fresh Apple Juice
100ml Mr Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2tbsp Maple Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
2tsp Cinnamon powder
1tsp Turmeric powder
3tbsp Agar Agar powder
You will also need some silicon moulds, ones for cake pops are suitable, but any will do.
1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and whisk while slowly boiling until fully combined. (Cinnamon and turmeric powder measurements are a recommendation, you can add more or less to taste depending on your preference).
2. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into the moulds (if you have a baster or similar, this is much easier, if not then try a spoon or measuring jug).
3. Place the mould(s) into the freezer for around 50mins, then into a fridge for at least 20mins.
