What are the Delivery Times?
We aim to make all deliveries as convenient as possible for all of our customers. We strive to create efficient routes that lower our emissions & minimise our Carbon Footprint.
How often do you deliver?
We normally deliver 6 days a week, but due to demand, we also deliver on Sunday's if required, to ensure we maintain our next day delivery promise. If you order before our cut off point at 2pm, then you will be entitled to free next day delivery promise.
Am I Entitled to Free Delivery?
Our Free Next Day Delivery extends to most Areas in & around Wakefield, here are some of the Area's and approximate postcodes that are entitled to this delivery service;
When we deliver to your property we aim to have your items with you before 7 AM, plenty of time before you have to leave for work, or any other activities. If however, you cannot be there for the delivery we can put your delivery in a safe location of your choice provided we can gain access to it. When ordering with us, please consider what you are purchasing if you will not be in at the time of delivery as it’s freshness may be affected.
Do I have to put in a new order every time I want to buy with you?
Of course not! We want this process to be as easy as possible for you, free of hassle and complications. With that being said, you will have the option to create a running order with us, meaning we will deliver your order on the same day of the week, every week.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you will be able to change your order as much as you like up until the deadline given to you. If you have a running order you will be able to amend this week-by-week if there are things you would like to add or change. Naturally, in these cases your weekly price may change.
