The Yorkshire Baking Company - Fresh Durum Wheat Cob Crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, you cannot ask more from a loaf of bread. Though like most bread, this is best eaten the day you get it, it makes for a really nice piece of toast even a couple of days later.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Fermented Rye Flour, Durum Wheat, Yeast, Salt.
