Our fruit and vegetables come from the locally sourced The Green Berry, with organic produce that are more environmentally friendly than our supermarket counterparts, and a lot tastier too. Storage and Preparation:
Limes are best kept in the fridge in order to stop them from hardening too quickly. When properly refrigerated and kept in a zip-locked bag, limes can retain their moisture for up to 4 weeks. After that they will still be edible but will be dry and the rind may be yellow. To avoid your limes getting a yellow rind, keep them away from bright lights where possible. Remember to wash all fruits & veggies before eating.
