Mustard Cress is a wonderful ingredient in salads and works well in combination with carpaccio or raw fish. The cress is also a spicy addition to a cold meat or fish dish.

Storage and Preparation:
You can keep cress in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. The stems are best kept in a container of cold water with tops covered in a plastic bag. Remember to wash all fruits & veggies before eating.
