Pak Choi is a veggie that if you haven’t tried, you’re definitely missing out. As a Chinese variant of a cabbage, the taste is similar to a mild cabbage and the texture is beautifully crisp, making it perfect to enjoy in a refreshing, healthy salad.

Storage and Preparation:
Pak Choi is best stored in the fridge, and will keep fresh for up to a week. Remember to wash all fruits & veggies before eating.
