Spice up any meal with a tang of paprika powder. It starts out as freshly harvested red peppers drying in adobe smokehouses. The peppers are then gently heated with smoking grills over slow-burning oak wood. Then comes eight hours of slow grinding to give every spoonful a smooth, silky texture.
