Storage and Preparation:
Sugar-snap peas should last for up to 5 days after purchase, but will be better if eaten sooner. Refrigerate these beans unwashed and tightly wrapped in a plastic bag. They should keep for up to 5 days. Remember to wash all fruits & veggies before eating.
